Agribusiness Risk Underwriters (ARU) was recognized for the second year in a row as one of the fastest growing companies in the Triad Region by the Triad Business Journal. Chief Financial Officer, Taylor Campbell, attended the awards ceremony with his wife, and accepted the award on ARU's behalf. Read more about the award here.
Since its founding in 2016, Agribusiness Risk Underwriters has grown rapidly in revenue and employees and has ventured into various other fields of agricultural insurance. Alongside their flagship poultry confinement products, ARU has expanded their commercial farm offerings to include hog, dairy, cotton gins, and other types of agricultural farming operations.
"Our core mission is to deliver a superior experience to our policyholders, while also maintaining sustainability and consistency writing historically challenging classes of business. To do so, we build and deploy 100% proprietary insurance products, we invest heavily in property loss prevention engineering and research, and we develop home-grown software and other technology. We also focus on collaborative broker and policyholder relationships, which allow us to deliver shared victories for all stakeholders. In the last four years our headcount has nearly quintupled as we have expanded our product offerings. We cover farm properties in over 24 states, with plans to add more in the years to come." (Wilson, TBJ)
